My work journey includes tours of duty as a literary manager for off- and off-off-Broadway and regional theatres, a television program development executive for the Nederlander organization, and curator at the Museum of Television and Radio where I put together exhibitions on Jackie Gleason, Ernie Kovacs, Bullwinkle the Moose and other comic luminaries. For eleven years I was a staff writer and education editor of Zillions, the kids magazine and website from Consumer Reports.

I have been a guest speaker at colleges, schools, libraries, and community centers. I occasionally teach a class about writing sitcoms at Westchester Community College and serve on the Advisory Board for my town's continuing education program.
